IMSU

Building with IMSU with Construction commenced in July 2022. During the sales/tender process, I dealt with Jason Bakovic who clearly demonstrated a high level of experience. I was throwing my ideas on what I would like to achieve with the changes in the floor plans, and Jason was able to provide feedback (both pros and cons) of the changes which assisted with my decision making. Jason was very responsive, and prompt throughout the process. Jason has also a level of care and interest when he touched base to see how things were progressing with the construction. During the design process, my client representative Margie Callow has also been very prompt with our dealings. IMSU also has their own selection display centre (which was quite extensive), which provided a one stop shop when making our internal & external selections. During the construction stage, my site supervisor (Luke) has been very easy to deal with and has been quite informative with the construction timeframes. His progress with the build has been incredibly quick to date. Looking forward to completion of the property. My current dealings with Jason, Margie and Luke have been commendable. Updated review 10/05/2023 - House Completed. House construction has now been completed and handed over at the end of Apr 2023. This was a full turn-key project including the landscaping. This was for Job #8001 and the first home completed for IMSU. My site supervisor was Luke Orr, and he has been amazing to deal with. He is genuine, friendly, with great customer service skills. He would regularly provide me with updates on the schedule so that I can track how the build was progressing with each trade. Even with the torrential rain period during the second half of 2022, the schedule was maintained as much as possible. The workmanship & quality of the works was excellent. Where issues were identified, Luke acknowledged these and got them rectified in a timely manner. He was always happy to accommodate and I felt he was always going above and beyond. I would definitely build with IMSU again. Having built a couple of houses with other builders, IMSU is definitely my supplier of choice.

Jason and the team at IMSU Marsden Park are friendly, welcoming and happy to answer any question we had as first time home owners! When you are in the process of deciding which home builder to go with it can be really overwhelming but when we walked through the display homes and then sat down to talk about the finer details, everything fell into place! The quality of the homes and attention to detail really stand out as you walk through the displays. Transparency is key and you don’t want to be surprised by any unknowing costs and we found from the start that the team let you know of all of the costs even if they are potential! I find that not having to stress about anything during the process means that we can just be super excited about building our dream home! Cannot wait to watch our forever home take shape, thank you to everyone @ IMSU!

We have delt with Jason for the past 10 months, also delt with Project Homes at Gregory Hills, also delt with Rhonda, Vivian and Marggie. All are excellent comunicators and professional, patient and most of all they were a pleasure to deal with.... I highly recommend IMSU to any person that intend on building a new home....
