JAK Building Services completed a major renovation of our conference centre bathrooms, in a tight time frame and with unforeseen termite damage. Jamie, Adam, and his team did a great job of managing the many trades and coming up with solutions to issues that a project of this nature evidently brings up. The finished product looks great and our guests regularly comment of the improvements.

Jamie is an excellent builder who remains professional and very helpful. We have found him to be honest and great communicator. I trust his work and is a hard worker who is committed to getting the job done with efficiency. I would highly recommend this team!

Jamie and his team renovated our house nearly ten years ago and it still looks fresh and contemporary today. His team are reliable, honest, highly skilled and just good fun to interact with each day. Jamie has clever building solutions to complex design problems. He listened carefully to our architect’s ideas and made them a reality. Our project was within budget and ahead of time because he and his team show up early every day to get the job done. I have worked with Jamie on several projects ranging from small Kitchen renovations through to whole Houses over the past 10 years and he dedicates the same attention to detail to each project we work on together, from Start to Finish. He is extremely organised, productive and communicates well with Client's, Designers and Architects alike which is why I recommend him wherever I can. We just finished a Full House fit out in Balmain late 2019 that was of the highest Calibre and to an extremely tight timeframe, within Budget. I cannot recommend Jamie high enough.
