We moved into our stunning and elegant home 12 months ago. We have been extremely happy with every aspect of this house. All finishes are perfect with fittings and appliances all of high quality. We couldn't be happier with our retirement home.

Whilst conducting Open for Inspections on one of JT Dodd's properties, every buyer commented on the exceptional quality and style of the build, infact one buyer actually approached Josh personally while leaving the property, and asked him to build her new home. Josh was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking to build their new home. Quality of his work was exceptional, can't wait to sell the next project!

Josh and his team were thoroughly professional in the complete rebuilding package they offered me. The design and solutions to my problems was innovative and offered me a better result than i had originally anticipated. The job was completed on time witn no fuss. Whilst I was not necesarilly seeking the cheapest quote available. I was very pleased that the works came in right on budget. But the standard of work and service exceeded my expectations.
