Knicon

Knicon Constructions are a company that my wife and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that is considering building. From the Initial consultation through to the planning process and the selections, Bryson, Kate and Jess were highly professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. Initially we considered Volume Builders to undertake a knock-down rebuild but everyone we went to were too expensive or not prepared to do the job. After talking to Knicon nothing seemed too hard everything was possible at a reasonable cost. After all the set-up consultations were finished the job commenced in March 2021 and we moved in November 2021. Fantastic job and with an excellent final product. Follow up maintenance was prompt and expedient. In conclusion, Knicon is a happy building story to be told to all.

We have recently moved into our new 'Knicon' built home. We opted to build with Bryson at Knicon as we wanted a builder who understood our needs and knew about building one-off boutique homes. Having the ability to deal directly with him made the process much easier as we were able to work through changes and improvements directly with him which meant there were less delays and communication was seamless. We found dealing with Kate and Georgia in the office an absolute delight. Nothing was too much trouble and their response time to emails and calls was minimal. Overall, we are exceptionally happy with the finish of the home and look forward to making many memories in it.
