I have had a deck and general renovations done by Mark at Kodiak Projects. Very professional and cant be happier with the end result. Highly recommended and will be using again for future work.

We hired Kodiak Projects to renovate our bathroom, ensuite and toilet and are extremely happy with the completed job! We found Mark to be an honest, reliable and totally professional manager and tradesman. He is a likeable and knowledgeable guy, who bent over backwards to help us achieve what we wanted with our renovations. He did what he said he was going to do. He always turned up on time and he provided helpful advice on various aspects of construction. His workmanship was first-class. He was an excellent manager of other tradespeople who worked on the job and he showed great attention to detail at every stage of the project. We would highly recommend Mark and Kodiak Projects to anyone wanting a quality job done on their renovations or house building!

Mark was so easy to deal with, very professional at all times. He took 2 old, out dated bathrooms, in what could have been a disastrous job (damp & difficult spaces) & turned both rooms into bright, modern & appealing bathrooms. The result was as quoted with minimal changes to time or price. Nothing was too much trouble & he was very flexible, allowing us to change our minds as the job progressed. We loved the professional & friendly way Mark worked. Would definitely recommend Mark to anyone & would use him again on any building project.
