Leon and his excellent crew recently completed a total renovation of an ensuite bathroom for us. We could not have been happier with our choice. From start to finish Leon displayed the utmost professionalism and impeccable attention to detail. He was good humoured, friendly and always on time! The various members of his crew were the same. At the end of each day everything was cleared away, cleaned , and left immaculate. The job cost exactly as quoted and the time frame allowed was perfectly judged. In early 2017 we engaged LG Building to carry out a substantial renovation of our kitchen, living and dining areas. This included demolition and structural work to create a lovely open plan design. Leon provided a competitive quote, and his building contract was very detailed and flexible to cater for our needs. From start to finish, Leon was always available to answer any questions we had, and provided regular feedback as the project progressed. Leon’s trades were always punctual and friendly. As we were living on site during construction, everyone involved was very respectful while they worked around us inside our home. We were very impressed with Leon’s high expectation for the team to maintain a clean and tidy work environment. All work was carried out with attention to detail and excellent finishes. Leon picked up many details to be corrected that we hadn’t noticed ourselves.Our project was completed within the proposed time frame, even with an unexpected delay on our window order and we were kept up to date at all times. LG Building Services were absolutely fantastic to work with on our deck. Leon demonstrated a high levels of skill and knowledge about ensuring the deck was appropriately waterproof. The quality of the finish is outstanding - no one item was overlooked. The other members of the team were also very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. They were polite and never noisy - and very clean. No mess was left at our home on any night. The work was completed on time and the budget was met. Highly recommend Leon and his team.

LG Building went above and beyond in every aspect of our build. Everything was explained in great detail and we were kept in the loop throughout the build. Nothing was a drama, even when I started changing my mind about what I wanted. Leon was great at recommending products and explaining the benefits. His attention to detail is what makes his work so outstanding. He is an absolute professional and his knowledge is remarkable.

Leon and his team from LG Building worked on our architecturally designed and detailed house renovation and extension. The complete renovation of our two storey Victorian terrace house was a complex project which included areas of period restoration in conjunction with areas of highly detailed modern interiors, and included significant external works. The work undertaken by LG Building was always to the very highest standard, and no detail slipped their attention. (And as an architect I have exacting standards when it comes to the required level of finish!) They were a joy to have on site for the duration of the project for both their professionalism and commitment, working as part of a team to ensure the work was delivered on time and on budget. It is testament to Leon's work and his contractors that the house still looks brand new some three years later. Any project would be lucky to benefit from the experience of working with Leon and his team, and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them for any residential project.

We used LG Building to renovate our house in 2016. The owner, Leon, helped every step of the way, from liaising with a draftsman to the very end. The job was on budget and on time. We were welcome on site at all times and all LG workmen and subcontractors were approachable and their work of a very high standard. If anything wasn't to our liking we could speak to Leon and he would find a way to solve it. This was what made the renovation stress-free. We have recommended LG to many friends who have now had the same experience.

LG Building has completed several projects for us at our home. One of these was a major renovation including a new roof, raised ceilings, addition of a brick double garage plus heating, lighting, etc. The costs were quoted in advance and the rates were reasonable. Deadlines were met and we found the team to be both competent and trustworthy. LG Builders has exceeded our expectation in all areas, including work quality, timeliness and professionalism.

Leon and his team at LG Building recently worked on the complete renovation of our very dated Townhouse with great skill and professionalism. Every aspect of the building project was discussed with us before,during and after it occurred. Costings proved to be very accurate and many recommendations for the sourcing of tiles, plumbing fittings,flooring and white goods were invaluable. Leon was open to offering ideas or supporting our suggestions for several minor changes and additions during the process. My name is Grahame French and i purchased a block of land in Wonga Park over two years ago . With a large circle of friends i asked around in regards to my options on who i should get to build my new home. It was the advice from a close friend to engage the services of the LG Building company as they had built a home for a family member. Being in an associated industry i was aware of the critical areas i had to explore for me to feel comfortable before making a decision.
