Hello, I am Jim Livingstone, a local builder with 40+ years of experience in every facet of home building. I am a low-volume builder, which gives me the time needed to deliver outstanding value, and personal service and build top-quality, one-of-a-kind individual homes, renovations, or additions. I have always taken a hands-on approach to all aspects of design, estimating, construction and property development from sourcing the land through necessary approvals, finance, construction, and sales of the finished project. I did my first development in 1989, a single residence on a sloping block with a great ocean view. I started my own construction company in 1988. Many things have changed over the years. However, honesty, transparency, and a genuine desire to do the right thing never go out of date.
