Living Space Constructions is an established building company that has provided total unit renovation solutions for the last 12 years. Since its humble beginnings, Living Space Constructions has grown into an experienced team of over 50 staff and has performed hundreds of unit renovations across the Greater Sydney region. We have developed a specialised unit renovation service for our clients who are looking for a quality and cost-effective solution for their property and our mission is to constantly exceed the expectations of our clients in the key areas of workmanship, time/cost efficiency, communication and service. The foundation of our success is the wide range of full time in-house trades we employ to reduce the number of sub-contractors required on any renovation. By investing in our staff and their training we can offer a more committed, cost effective service with proactive communication at all times. All Living Space Constructions employees are fully trained for their work, uniformed and in company cars and our full time in-house trades include Project Managers, Interior Designers, Carpenters, Cabinet Makers, Stonemasons, Plasterers, Painters, Tilers and Labourers all on the same team, working towards the same goal. Living Space Constructions is more than just a renovation company, it's an internal network of resources, information and trade expertise providing a unique customer experience from our head office, to our full renovation showroom and product selection centre, our joinery and benchtop manufacturing facilities and an internal storage facility and delivery service.
