Took $3,500 of our $8,000 deposit and did not provide a detailed invoice explaining why. Dates on invoice provided were 6 months prior to us engaging Mojo Homes. Reports were prematurely ordered which were against the terms in the Tender Acceptance Agreement, yet we were charged for this mistake, although it was their teams mistake by ordering reports too early. Great customer service until they receive your deposit, then that level of customer service becomes terrible. Ensure you have all confirmations in writing, otherwise they will definitely add a significantly higher value to your Scope of Works just before you sign your Building Agreement, in the anticipation that you will simply move forward with signing as you’ve already paid your deposit. Timeframes they provide are dishonest.

So I started writing my review regarding Mojo homes Box Hill. After I got to the end of page 1, my blood pressure was up and I needed to take a breather. Our experience was not a pleasurable one, so rather than appear to be a raving lunatic I’ve shortened it right down to at least give you some idea of how this company operates. Do not sign a contract with these people. Our build went over contract. Yes we had high rainfall during our build, however most of this was after the roof and walls were on. The real delays were caused by the lack of site supervision. As a Mojo rep was hard to come by in the early part of the build, incorrect materials were delivered to site, rework was required due to poor workmanship or the inability to follow the contracted variations or trades just wouldn’t turn up – some trades even left the build part way through (who knows why, some said they were owed money, but seeing some of the work they produced I dare say there were asked to leave). We had some of our items stolen and broken (yes we knew the consequences of providing our own product) and the deceitful manner in which the breakages were handled was atrocious. The the main sales supervisor is appalling in regards to phone manner, response times, knowledge and overall attitude. You are treated as if you are asking them to cut your toenails. Progress claims are sent well in advance of the stage being completed. Most of the sales staff we dealt with were terrific and we were able to refer back to them whenever the admin staff tried pulling a shifty on us – yes it happened more than once. It was great to see the back of them at handover, unfortunately the re-work continued after handover. We are finally rid of them! Sorry but I really don't have anything nice to say about this builder

First time building and the company have offered the smoothest transition throughout all stages. The sales team answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything in our journey. The Mojo team were the right decision to build with.

I've built plenty of times, this was by far the best, smoothest and best quality build I have ever done. Every part of the build was easy and streamlined and unlike other builders there were no nasty surprises or hidden costs. cant recommend Mojo enough!

Well, everything started off really well, very impressed with the inclusion so we took the leap and signed the contract, went downhill from then on. First, be aware of any site cost and upgrades are around 10% more than other builders. So all those extras you have in mind will put the price to where other builders offer anyway. Second, after paying the deposit and 3 final tenders - then they found out they CANNOT BUILD OUR HOUSE. They are unable to fulfill neither CDC nor DA requirements because they dont want to do certain structures. Then after pulling out of our agreement, they refused to refund, whilst it is their inability to proceed that terminate the agreement. Very unhappy and be aware. Customer service did not even bother to call you to offer any solution.
