We truely got to know our new house when we moved in a few weeks ago. We had always thought it looked awesome and was very well built, but we didn’t really appreciate the detail, the very high level of finish inside. The carpentry, cabinetry, tiling, everything is so beautifully done. The raked ceilings and curved bulkheads at the highlight widows in the kitchen with shadow cornices are a work of art. It’s very evident the painters are master craftsmen. Outside, the curved wall on the verge boundary and the stacked stone faux chimney are very special features. Unsurprisingly, the design and quality of the house is evident to visitors and passers by, with many simply saying it’s “stunning”. We’re so very pleased we asked Mondo Exclusive to build our dream home. We can’t speak highly enough of Ray and his team. It helps a great deal that the man is a perfectionist. He’s also practical, tenacious, and a wonderful problem solver, as evidenced by his solution to the slats proposed for the top of our stairs. The eventual outcome is better than what was planned. Just as importantly, he’s a great communicator. When there were issues that were very stressful for us, Ray would respond to our text messages within a matter of minutes any time of the day. He would then keep us informed until a solution was found. We also very much enjoyed working with Natalie and Kim. Kim was always there in the background making sure the all important numbers added up, while Natalie gave advice and organised all of the fixtures and fittings, as well as keeping the trades turning up when they should. Our house is now a lovely home that we will enjoy for many years to come. We would unreservedly recommend Mondo Exclusive Homes to anyone who is considering building a new house in Perth, Western Australia.

Ray and his team at Mondo Exclusive Homes have recently completed our dream home. From our initial meeting with Ray it was clear that his knowledge of the building and construction industry was exceptional. Ray has a keen eye for detail and would often guide us through any decisions with design queries, providing terrific solutions that were both practical and cost effective. We liked the fact that Ray was always available to discuss any issues, his open and honest approach was a refreshing change. A super back office support team with Kim and Natalie, knowledgeable, pleasant and always available. I have witnessed the horror stories from some people who have built with so called reputable builders. We highly recommend Mondo Exclusive Homes. We had built twice before with larger project builders. Although these builds went relatively smoothly, we wanted a building experience with a lot more flexibility and involvement in both the design and building process. Ray and the team both gave us the flexibility in building a customised home and guidance we needed when building. His wealth of building experience and strong communication made a big difference. We could always contact Ray when we needed his advice and he and Natalie were always quick to respond and deal with any issues and concerns we had. Ray is always very grounded and level headed and will always tell you what he thinks. The support given towards us was always professional and personal, we never felt like we were just a number. This is particularly appreciated in such a tough building market and we are very grateful Ray has such a solid and loyal team that do excellent work. Ray has high standards, and he is very particular with the people he uses. A special shoutout to the wonderful Natalie, and Nick who are some of the nicest people you could meet and always go the extra mile. Now to our home… to say we are excited by the design, and quality of build is an understatement. It’s a home we get plenty of comments about and we couldn’t be happier with it. We built with Mondo last year, they helped us come up with cost effective designs to keep within our budget. This was our first build and making decisions is not our forté, but they were always very understanding and accommodating. The team at Mondo were always great at getting back to us promptly, we also had a newborn when the build started and having the app available was a god send, as we were updated almost daily with pictures and progress of the build. The interior designer and cabinet makers Mondo used were excellent, bringing our ideas to life. We couldn’t of asked for a better builder or more perfect home. We highly recommend them, even 8 months after the build, they have still been offering assistance when needed.

Ray and his team from Mondo Exclusive were a delight to work with. Ray's project management, customer service, attention to detail and quality are exceptional. The use of his online system for the schedule, photos and updates was a great communication tool. We enjoyed the whole process and are extremely happy in our new home.

Mondo has been great to build with - we have recently completed 2 homes with them and Ray and his team are extremely professional, do what they say they will do, and provide a quality product. Other builders were cheaper and you can see why - Ray uses quality finishes and excellent tradies. We got onto Mondo via a builder broker. We were impressed with Ray's nothing-is-a-problem attitude, plus he come in the cheapest. Ray was most accommodating in all my little changes along the build process. Issues where few, but dealt with very promptly & satisfactory. To this day whenever I hear of someone wanting to build, I always drop Mondo's name as a builder to consider.
