The renovations were of a high quality and more than met our expectations. All tradesmen involved were both considerate and professional in their dealings. Living on site when renovations are being conducted is never easy but all involved went out of their way to ensure it was as painless an experience as possible. Despite all the complications with COVID and this year's weather, My Projects kept things moving as quickly as was practicable and without any impact on quality or cost. Importantly, too, they were receptive to any concerns we raised, and took evident pleasure in ensuring works were completed to our satisfaction.

Zak and his team are an absolute credit to the industry. The tradesmen always arrived on time, were very polite and simply got on with their job. The kitchen refurbishment was done exactly to the time frame provided to us. Zak took a very keen interest in the progress of the job and attended the worksite regularly. His team were always in contact with him and provided video calls to show him the progress of the work. The worksite was left clean and tidy daily. Do not hesitate in using My Projects Sydney - they are truly superb.

Professional, accommodating, super organized - Zak and his team completed our 8 week project in 5 weeks. They managed their trades and suppliers with authority and all were a pleasure to deal with. We are delighted with the finished product.
