We initially contacted Tony to assist us with cost estimates and finalising the scope of our renovations. Tony was very patient with us and generous with his time and advice. Things just got better as the project got underway and progressed. We had a tight deadline and Tony provided a detailed project programme, which was met at very stage. There was always a high level of communication with us, and we could always rely on Tony to assist in resolving any unplanned design changes required for the renovations. The quality of workmanship of Tony's team was outstanding and we are delighted with the final outcome. It is everything we were hoping for. We chose Pembroke London after speaking to several other builders first and we’re very glad we did. Our designer/architect was rather poor (sourced elsewhere) and Tony was excellent at adapting the design to what we actually wanted. The majority of builders would not have been so accommodating. The renovation to the front of our character home was so seamless that visitors often comment that it looks as if it was meant to be there. Tony’s work was to a high standard and communication was excellent. He was very flexible and was happy with us sourcing several items ourselves which he then installed. His carpentry skills are exceptional and reflect his ability to transfer skills learnt in North America amongst some of the world greatest trade based artisans to the Australian context.

We were introduced to Tony by @sambling who was building with Pembroke London at the time. They were mid-build and had no hesitation in recommending Tony to take on our large project. We wanted someone who appreciated our dream to add a modern 2-storey extension on to our original condition, Nedlands cottage. To merge the old with the new, remaining true to the existing house and adding an exciting new space. From our initial meeting we never questioned Tony's professionalism. Easy to talk to, calm and clear, he was the man for the job! We are over half way, 3 months in to a 5 month schedule. It has been pain free (from our end!) As Tony is on site every day he is able to deal with issues as they arise, available at all times, ready to discuss schedules and changes. He has coped admirably with our regular visits, has obviously got the respect of his trades, runs a tight schedule and delivers as he promises. We look forward to writing a follow-up review on completion and have no doubt we will be recommending Tony to many.

Throughout the process Tony made it very clear that he wanted us to be completely happy with our home and continued to go that extra mile to ensure we would be. He was on site each day and in constant phone and email contact with us - we felt in very safe hands and so well informed on every element of the renovation.
