When Matt Whiting and I formed Pepper Constructions in 2009, it was because we wanted to create a building company that just made things easier. So how did we do this? We started with a good communications policy because communication is the basis of good relationships, we created a process for creating clear, concise and accurate construction contracts, we adopted a World leading project management system, we searched out the most qualified tradespeople, we combined all of our experience and knowledge and then hired the best possible team to work with us. I’m Henri Grawe, working director and co-founder of Pepper Constructions. Along with Matt and the team, we’ve now been building in Melbourne’s South East for 15 years. In that time, we’ve established ourselves as one of Melbourne’s best and most professional small builders. We specialise in designing and building custom homes of exceptional quality and we pride ourselves not only on building quality homes but also of providing the an experience that is second to none.
