Excellent service, that led to an excellent end product. The quality of work was outstanding. The project ran over budget, but only as a result of changes, additions and upgrades that we requested during the course of the build. I would recommend this company to anyone who is planning to build a house in Perth.

Refined Edge are a company that clearly takes great pride in everything they do. Their client's satisfaction is at the forefront during every step of the build process, whether it be the early design phase, selections, construction or handover. We were never rushed, put under pressure or made to accept anything less than the highest quality of workmanship. The build process from start to finish was a thoroughly enjoyable, exciting and rewarding experience. We had a difficult sloping block that needed some clever design. We also wanted a home in which all spaces would be very functional. Between the architect and the very experienced and passionate team at Refined Edge, we were able to achieve a result that far exceeded our expectations. We could not be more thrilled with our new home.

We’re currently building with Refined Edge and cannot praise them highly enough. From the outset, they were able to provide an architect designed home for our narrow block at the same price point as many of the “cookie cutter” off-the-plan designs we had looked at. The build process itself has been amazing - after hearing so many horror stories about other builders from friends, we have found our build with Refined Edge to be nothing but exciting and fun. Our site manager Ryan has not only seamlessly coordinated the build and ensured every aspect has been of the highest quality, but he has kept us fully abreast of every development along the way and has always dropped everything to meet us on site whenever we have had questions. In addition, he and the team have provided outstanding advice on different options ranging from interior fit-outs to landscaping, all the time working with us to keep the project on budget. The place is nearing completion and looking absolutely incredible - we know we’re soon going to move into an amazing house with nothing but the fondest memories of the build process.
