Over the years we have used many builders/renovators however on this occasion found Spinryde Home Renovations & Maintenance to be the best. The overall project cost was in excess of $30k which included opening up a veranda, removing three posts and installing a steel beam across this section; pouring a concrete slab; plus tiling and erection of a stratco awning - approx area 4.5m x 8.0m. From the outset we found the Spinryde personnel to be knowledgeable in their work; upfront with the scope of works; integrity in their communication and detailed costings. We were always kept informed as to progress and Council compliance and approval. When the job commenced a supervisor was on site each day. The high level of workmanship of their subcontractors was a compliment to the building industry. We would highly recommend Spinryde.

SpinRyde built a 60m2 Granny Flat on our property in Bayview. We are very happy with the time it took, and the quality of the 1 bedroom unit. The workman started the job in the February and it was completely finished in the May.
