We are absolutely delighted with our c1900 Queenslander ‘lift and build-under’ home renovation performed by TM Residential Projects completed on budget and ahead of schedule, with careful and sensitive attention to detail applied in all areas and at all stages throughout the process. Beyond the personal recommendations already received, we appointed Tyson Marshall and his team on their own merits, being personable and completely transparent with the initial scope of work, understanding our goals and our constraints, and also open and flexible to scope changes (suggested by both parties) with superior finishes and achieved outcomes. Two unforeseen challenges during the project were both resolved promptly without fuss and with good communication, to our complete satisfaction. Several additional changes to design and engineering were suggested by Tyson, with further helpful advice on key-element fixtures and fittings to complement the modern downstairs living areas and plethora of retained original features upstairs, as subsequently featured in the Chelmer Farmhouse article by Queensland Homes magazine. We cannot recommend the service and work from TMRP any more highly and have absolutely no hesitation in instructing them again in future.
