we stated building our house during hectic period and Trio homes managed it really well. there was issues with supplies but our two storey house was completed sooner compared to other single storey houses. It was a pleasant journey and happy with customised design and high quality fittings .we are enjoying the lovely house and Thank you Dino, NJ, Vince and Bonnie. All the very best to you all.

We we extremely Happy with all the team at Trio Homes. They were amazing from start to finish. From the initial site visit for the renovations of our 2 bathrooms, they provided an amazing design and finishes that would suit our families needs. We had the idea of what we wanted and they made our ideas into reality. Bonnie designs, ideas and choices were fantastic and very easy to talk to. Dino and NJ were always on hand to help with any issues that arose. Everyone at Trio were amazing to speak to and always helpful every step of the way. They knew we had a tight time frame to have this competed and the project was finished well before. I would highly recommend Trio and all the team.

Trio home did an excellent job to build our beautiful home. During those pandemic stressful time, the company made it easier for us. Our house finished quickly and with very good quality compared to other builders. It was very nice to communicate with everyone in the company. All of them are very friendly and professional. Vince did a very good job to come with a customer design floor plan for us. Anything we prefer will be put in the plan also gave us some very good recommendation to reduce the cost. Bonnie helped us pick up a very nice interior items. NJ also done an excellent job for monitoring and supervising the construction of the house. At every stage of the construction he was patiently walk us through the project and explain details to us. Also provide very good suggestions. Over all it was a very good experience build our house with Trio, we are highly recommended their service. If we ever build again we would be with them again.

Throughout our experience with creating our dream home with Trio Homes Team was nothing but positive. They are a group of talented and professional people and each one of them treated us like their own families or friends. They remain very positive and confident while Covid caused some delays and concerns. They assured us that the quality of the house is not going to be compromised and will be beautiful which they totally delivered. Special thanks to Vince for designing beautiful and functional house for us even there were so many rather different requests we had. Your advice was spot on and we felt happy that we trusted you. Also Bonnie who was my champion as I really enjoyed working together with you while making many decisions for interiors. You were so generous with sharing your knowledge and providing advices every time I had questions. I’m so happy with my beautiful kitchen and bathrooms and cannot help but thank you every time I look at them. NJ, you have to be the best site manager ever! The extension of support you have given us made us realize that you really treat your customers as your own friends or families. Thank you for everything NJ. And Dino, you must be very proud of your team. And I’m sure they are very happy with your leadership. We wish you all continuous success and make many more customers happy in the future.

Building through the current climate would be stressful for anybody, Trio Homes however was there every step of the way with open and transparent communication. Through from the design phase to the construction phase, the quality of service, knowledge and workmanship shows throughout our beautiful new home. High highly recommend!
