WIP Residential

WIP was recommended to me by a friend. I asked 3 other companies to quote on the project (a very nice granny flat) and I accepted the WIP quote on the basis of closest compliance with the brief and price; it was not the lowest quote. I enjoyed dealing with the trades people on a day-to-day basis and with Management and office personnel as required. Any issues arising were promptly and satisfactorily sorted and I never felt that I was side-lined. The project was brought in on budget but completion was delayed for a month (Christmas intervened). Since then a couple of issues have been promptly attended to. I love living in my new home and everyone who visits remarks on its high standard of finish.

Professional team, nice project manager David always well look after us. Also Ross is doing great job to follow up everything we are questioning. We are much appreciated their good work, giving us a nice and comfy place call home.

Our experience with WIP Residential when building was trouble-free and we are extremely happy with our new home. Being a unique design, not a project or modular home, it had to be constructed from plans requiring interpretation and practical expertise. Their professionalism and workmanship was outstanding. We required significant attention to detail to achieve the finish we wanted for our home and WIP certainly delivered that. The team listened to our ideas and requirements, provided suggestions to resolve problems or enhance the design and used best practice to deliver high quality construction. They were open to our constant involvement in decisions to make sure we were happy. Our home was completed only slightly past the contract deadline, due to sub-contractor delay. WIP communicated well with us and did all possible to minimise those delays.

We built our dream home with WIP and they delivered which is great. The quality of the work on the whole is excellent. Their tender was very competitive and building variations were kept to a minimum. It is intimidating and stressful at times building for the first time but the team at WIP along with C. Vandyke who designed our place made the process generally a really enjoyable one. The building site was always kept neat and tidy. We got to have beers with the crew when the roof went on... and more importantly we would still have a beer with the crew today. Special mention to Tony our building foreman who always had a cool head and a solution for everything. All minor post build problems with the house were rectified in a reasonable time frame. We would reccomend WIP and would happily use them again if we were building again or renovating in the future. Thank you WIP!

WIP Residential was the successful tenderer for the construction of our new home at Palm Cove. The entire build process, including variations, was carried out in a very efficient and professional manner by all tradespeople involved. Several neighbours commented that the crew were very courteous, and the site was neat and tidy at all stages of the build.
