About Us

The Interior Stylist is an award winning interior styling and furniture hire company dedicated to styling properties for sale to create a lasting impression and maximise your sale price. We also assist those who have recently purchased a property and would like to style their new home to reflect their personality whilst creating that WOW factor with their own furniture or blending in new pieces. Those serious in real estate know that presentation is everything. From a delicious entrée in a five star restaurant to the corporate attire of a business executive, presenting a product or yourself with style creates a lasting impression. The same can be said for your home. We work with Vendors, Real Estate Agents and Property Developers and will tailor make packages to suit your budget and timeframe. We’re passionate about what we do and love sharing our tips and techniques with you during your styling journey ... we really want your address to be the one that everyone remembers!

The whole styling process from introductions to Gretta, to removal of the furniture, was absolutely seemless and extremely enjoyable. Gretta is an absolute delight and offers an abundance of helpful information to guide you through the whole sale process as well. Her styling is excellent and it is done foremost in mind with how the styling will present itself in advertising photos. The art deco unit I engaged Gretta to style, was up 2 flights of stairs plus an interior flight in the unit. The property was on a main street and there was no on site parking and very limited street parking. Even under these circumstances Gretta just powered ahead without any problems. I can't thank her enough. Oh, by the way her fees were so reasonable. There could be noone betta than Gretta.

I was fortunate enough to have Gretta, Dianne and team style my house recently for an upcoming sale in Altona Meadows. Firstly, they were genuinely nice people and truly fantastic to work. I was left in awe at their professionalism and how brilliantly they worked together. It was amazing to see how they transformed the house into a display home. Trying to sell our house in Tarneit from South Australia was difficult enough without the restrictions forced on us by the pandemic. I knew no stylists in Victoria but Gretta came recommended by my real estate agent. She and her team did an amazing job in a quick time frame and I sold the house inside a week. The house staging looked so stylish and appropriate, two of the bidders asked if we could include the furniture and artworks in the deal!! Highly recommend Gretta and her team who beautifully styled my townhouse in Flemington for sale. Excellent communication and very professional. We were referred to Gretta from a friend of ours and right from the beginning her professionalism and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations for our renovation in Melbourne. We had a fairly good idea of the style we were trying to achieve and Gretta was on the same page throughout. What an amazing experience with Gretta and her team when dressing our house ready for auction. From the first consultation to the final touch ups before auction and to packing up the house, the attention to detail the Gretta gave was second to none. She is professional, has a consistently can do attitude, and incredible customer service. She stayed till the photographer arrived and assisted with making sure everything was where it needed to be to get the best result of the photos.
