“Metropolis did our house approx 500 sq ft addition (bedroom, bathroom and laundry area) and I have to say Jonathan and his right hand man Carlos were incredibly great to deal with – when we would run into any issues, Jonathan would provide a genius solution – also he would steer us in the right direction as far as design and aesthetics - while we watched other projects around our neighborhood stall – Jonathan and crew worked straight through and finished the project on time - the highest compliment I can give I would say I would recommend him to family and friends- thanks Jonathan”

“We did NOT have very high hopes when we first sought out to remodel our extremely tiny (4’x7’) bathroom. The original homeowners did the best they could with the space but over the years it sustained significant water damage and was just generally outdated and bland (see “before” photos). When we started taking quotes Ben from Pearl Remodeling came in excited to take on the challenge. He immediately got to work and sent us a full schedule of work dates, as well as a place to upload all of our design elements (tile, faucet, vanity, etc.). We loved that we were empowered to choose all our own items instead of just picking from a handful of available options. At times this was stressful (see “during” photos), but we ended up with the most gorgeous space that much better reflects our style and the style of our home (see “after” photos!). Their work schedule was extremely tight, but they were very timely and got this job done in record time. Every worker who came into our space was SO nice and respectful, and you could tell that Ben had a very good relationship and took pride in his crew, they were all a pleasure to work with for the entire job. As a woman working with contractors, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was that I never once heard any of them say “is your husband around” or anything even remotely like that. Even after the remodel we’ve continued to stay in touch with Ben and have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We recommend him to everyone we know!”

“David is amazing! I was in the process of building a new home, and I was in need of some help with the kitchen. I called David and he came over the very next day. He was very flexible with his schedule and made sure he had plenty of time to meet with me. He gave me a quote right on the spot and went over everything that needed to be done. After getting everything approved by my wife, we set up a date to begin work on our kitchen. David showed up early on the day he said he would, which was really impressive to me because most contractors don't even show up on time let alone early! He had all of his equipment ready to go, which meant I didn't have wait around while he gathered anything else up or wasted time setting up later on down the road when we were already further into construction than expected because most contractors don't arrive prepared with any sort of tools/supplies needed for your project (or at least not enough supplies so you end up having to go out and buy more). He also brought some extra workers along who were just as friendly as him (which isn't always easy since some contractors hire people who aren't very nice). Everyone got”
