“Garnet: This is the second renovation I have done with Preferred Builders and I am so very happy! I was first referred to Preferred Builders by my tax preparer, Happily, my first repair/remodel turned out wonderfully so I immediately started a remodel on my own home. Scope of work: remove all the carpeting in the house and install laminate plank flooring in those areas. The travertine flooring in the entry, kitchen and hallway had large craters which collected dirt and water residue after washing. I had the floor steamed, the craters filled and the whole floor resealed. I had a gasline installed in the kitchen and a new gas oven installed. I also had a complete bathroom remodel which included removing a huge jacuzzi tub and installing an elegant and safe walk in shower. For the bathroom Nir listened to my concerns and needs and then gave me two 3-D renderings of my options. Elba was fabulous and fast with permits, a purchase list and provided weekly job schedules and updates. I have now completed this remodel and I can’t be happier. My Preferred Builders team was pure gold! I highly recommend Nir, Elba and Orel, the Foreman. Orel was caring and his experience was invaluable, Roman, (drywall, moldings, paint, flooring) Carlo (beautiful tile work) and Abnir were all professional, caring and kind. I definitely recommend Preferred and I already have. .”

“I would recommend this company for any remodeling needs! I live in a 47 year old. I do complex which was in deplorable condition. The wooden facade was damaged by sun & termites, the wooden patio fencing was equally bad. We also had five balconies that were severally compromised. These magicians took a limited budget and repurposed wherever possible, did craftsman work, and at the end of the day most residents had no idea they had been here. Their professionalism was in every level - skilled wood workers, respectful of the work site, and helpful in keeping the large project on budget. A realtor who had sold a unit a few months before the project began recently returned to sell the same unit and was stunned at the incredible improvement of the place! Our curb appeal is amazing now!
