“Unit 26. 8-16 William St Ryde. 2112 We required a 20 year old 2 bedroom, two bathroom unit to be renovated, refurbished and updated. The project involved the following: # Remove old carpet and replace with sound dampening floorboards. # painting all rooms throughout # replace all lighting # replace two bathroom sinks and taps # replace all window blinds. # Through clean throughout # Gurney clean patio and Alfresco area. Gillian project managed the whole process and sourced all suppliers and trades to complete the job. In all the project took only three weeks from beginning to completion. All work was completed within 3 weeks in a no fuss matter of fact and focused manner. Her eye for detail is second to none and her capacity to source material and remain within budget is outstanding. Gillian approached the project management task with complete professionalism and at all times supervised and managed trades personnel. It was a pleasure to have Gillian’s focus and expertise on this project .”
