When some unexpected things happened: wrong items delivered, unavailable inventory, damaged merchandise, Beth solved each problem spending many hours and many miles tracking down the missing or the damaged. She took care of it all. And her brilliant team, led by Hector (who is always right!) did equally beautiful work, even adding surprise extras like a remote for the ceiling fan in another room. The craftmanship was consistently excellent and the team spent extra hours getting the work done on time. It was all completed so quickly it was thrilling just to run into the kitchen each morning to view the progress. The entire kitchen, from demolition to rebuilt with all new appliances, plumbing and electric, flooring, lighting, was completed in exactly three weeks and on budget. We had waited a long time for this renovation and are infinitely grateful to Beth and the team. We are enjoying every molecule of our beautiful kitchen!”
