Area Style

Robyn and Peter Rektor's Area Style - the residential interior design division of their internationally acclaimed commercial practice Designfocus Resource Pty Ltd, Coffs Harbour NSW Australia. Area Style offers a personalised design service to bring your residential dreams to reality. In the form of a Design Consultancy, we work with you to interpret your vision and give it clarity, in a detailed written report. This report could then be used as a brief to a builder, or as a clear brief to other Designers, Architects, or Engineers - or as the first step in commencing a project with Area Style. The report includes research, and itemised documentation which generally takes about 20 hours to complete and is specifically for your intended project (and not a cookie-cutter, cut & paste exercise). We charge on an agreed hourly basis and is presented as a fixed fee, the final price depending on the extent of details required. If Area Style is requested to further participate with the project, we would then provide a detailed proposal for our involvement with the agreed scope of works and provide a preliminary fee estimate, which is then refined in consultation with you. If you decide to email or phone us, you can be assured that we will answer any question you have, as accurately and completely as possible. Furthermore, we will never bombard you with any future emails of “amazing offers”.
