We struggled to finalise a plan to renovate / redecorate our house for a year or two. it was dark and dated but it had a layout we liked and we couldn't figure out how to bring it to life. Working with Tracey changed all that and we have ended up with a renovated home that we are rapt with. From the word go she listened to what we wanted, she provided great insight and ideas, she understood our needs from the house and she delivered. Having not used an Interior Designer before we were a little sceptical on the process but Tracey quickly put us at ease - so much of the work was done in the lead up and her design process really eliminates a lot of the uncertainty and indecision Having determined our design plan Tracey did a brilliant job co-ordinating it all, from arranging some great builders to sourcing perfect furniture, all the way through to the final touches / styling which is definitely out my comfort zone. She was easy to work with and she worked brilliantly with our fantastic tradesman to demand a very high level of finish which meant we got exactly what we had hoped for. One thing we really noticed was that Tracey helped us make braver decisions - our uncertainty would have most likely resulted in us defaulting to the boring colour or the simple option. Tracey gave us the confidence and the insight to take a few risks and be bolder.. We are very happy with the final product and we couldn't have achieved it without Tracey and her skill and drive.. We came in unsure out whether to use an interior designer and we came out convinced that if you find the right one its worth its weight in gold...

We engaged Tracey to assist with the design of our new home, and from day one, it was clear that we had hired someone exceptional. Her approach was not just to take our ideas but to truly understand them and turn them into a cohesive vision. She listened attentively, offered insightful suggestions, and transformed what we envisioned into something truly magical. Highly recommended Tracey. We initially had her for the 2 hours face to face consultation for our newly bought 25yo property. The consultation was extremely helpful. Tracey’s advice on the spatial planning was enlightening and she also gave me the confidence on making decisions for the paint colours, the flooring and the curtains and it dramatically improved the outlook of the place when we needed to have all these done urgently before we moved in. We subsequently had Tracey’s help to procure furnitures and lightings for our living room, dining room, and the entrance. All the furnitures are in great quality (one mirror was damaged and Tracey communicated with the supplier and resolved immediately). It saved us lots of time and headaches at furnitures shopping. We received lots of compliments for our new house.

Tracey did an incredible job with her designs for our home in Forest Hill. We were pretty unsure at the start as to what we would want for our home, and needed someone to take us through the process, understanding our needs and wants at every turn. Tracey responded patiently to our many questions and never once made us feel like we were a bane or an ordeal. She also delivered splendid designs, which we absolutely adore. The custom bedroom door she miraculously conjured up from that active mind of hers left us in complete awe. We now look forward to going to bed every night, simply to spend the first few minutes marveling at her brainchild. Being a whiskey snob, and always wanting a whiskey bar at home (but failing miserably at pulling together a simple PowerPoint presentation, let alone a beautiful bar design), I entrusted Tracey with ideating and visualising my dream whiskey room. Not only did she succeed in delivering to my loosely concocted vision, she blew it completely out of the water. I now sit in my whiskey room, reveling in its grandiosity and intricate beauty, often times forgetting to have a drink in hand! We cannot recommend Tracey enough. She is a bonafide, true-blue, gun interior designer. And if you have an idea (I didn't, I merely had a need for something different!), but don't really know what to do with it or how to expand on it, pick up the phone and give Tracey a call. She will make your dreams come true, some of which you never knew you had until she shows it to you. Oh... and she also brings coffee to your first meeting. How good is that!

Tracey is an amazing local (we are in Blackburn) interior designer that challenged us to go outside of our 'boring' comfort zone. She was always open to feedback and made changes where necessary. Tracey was great at working within our budget and was so accommodating of any feedback. We are very happy with the look so far, still awaiting the arrival of a new couch and a custom designed light to go over our new round dining table. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey and will be using her in the future for other rooms in our house.

We engaged Tracey to help us redecorate our entire house in Glen Iris. The project included replacing almost all of our worn out furniture with stylish and comfortable pieces that we are really enjoying. She has also selected lights that suit each room along with rugs, artwork and cushions. Tracey encouraged us to make some bold choices that we would never have made without her expertise. Her Interior Decorating skills extend to a designing a variety custom cabinetry pieces, including shelving with lights, desks, kitchen cupboards and a very clever bench extension solution. She is great at sourcing and working closely with suppliers and craftsmen to ensure deliveries are made and custom pieces meet our (and her) standards. We are eagerly awaiting the artwork that she has helped us commission, something we still can’t believe that we are in the position to do. Her organisational skills and attention to detail have kept us on track with our responsibilities within this process and with her help our home has been transformed in a way that would have taken us a decade to achieve without her assistance. While we have a little while to go before the project is complete, so far it has been a bunch of fun, largely due to Tracey’s enthusiastic, friendly and professional approach where nothing is too much trouble. She has worked so hard for us and has a great eye for style. She is an Interior Decorator who we can highly recommend.

Tracey has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has helped us overhaul the entry, lounge and main bedroom of our newly built townhouse - which previously were bare and underwhelming. We are currently waiting for a few more pieces to arrive from suppliers, but those that have already arrived we are more than pleased with. We completed our consultations entirely remotely, but that was not an impediment at all. Based on some inspiration pics and photos/videos of our existing spaces, Tracey has designed beautiful rooms with high quality furnishings, rugs and paintings, and has also designed a beautiful bespoke fireplace and built in TV unit which we can't wait to build! I would highly recommend Tracey and Bright Side Interiors to anyone who is looking to make any large furnishing or decorative decisions for their home; she is professional, responsive and no question or idea is too silly for her. My only regret is that I hadn't reached out sooner! Thank you for making this a stress free process!

Tracey enabled me to finally make some design decisions to re-style my living room using her E-design service. After an initial discussion she put a plan together that made a huge difference in the appeal of our living room She presented options and helped me navigate between what I thought I wanted and ultimately what would fit the space and our lifestyle, appropriately pushing back to make the best decisions while remaining practical. The e-design process is very efficient and Tracey is professional, responsive and flexible. I can’t wait to see the new look of our living room once all the furniture arrives.

I hired Tracey from Bright Side Interiors to help with the interior design of my kitchen, living and dining rooms in Blackburn. We waited a couple of weeks to get in with Tracey, but it was worth the wait! She immediately looked around my house, asked me some great questions and understood my style.
