“My renovation was already partly underway when I first commissioned Britt to assist with design and style, however after some preliminary consultations I quickly realised that she had gained a thorough understanding of my objectives and could help to achieve an outstanding property. As a result her brief extended to include the design and fitout of the entire house including kitchen and bathroom layout re-design, finish materials and paint, fixtures, lighting, window treatments, and finally furniture and appliance selection. Throughout the process Britt communicated clearly and robustly with me, the builder, and each of the trades that worked on the project, all the while keeping a close eye on the budget and everything on-track .
