We had the pleasure of using carolinerosedesign for a full refurbishment of our rental property in Beaconsfield, Sydney. Our terrace had been rented for 6 years by one family and was in need of significant help to bring it up to standard. Caroline engaged enthusiastically with us from the first appraisal and quote for work, then project managed the entire renovation. Caroline's guidance regarding product choices, in particular colour schemes, kitchen and bathroom hardware, carpets and window furnishings was a great help to us, taking the away the pain of sifting through hundreds of possibilities and making the process so much more efficient and enjoyable. She managed all the tradespeople and kept them to time and budget. Our job included repainting, carpeting and refurbishment of 3 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen/dining. She organised new landscaping for the outdoors. Over and above her efficient and practical help, the end result was simply amazing. We wanted to move back!
