I have been using Daks Design for over 12 years. Darrell has improved every room of my house, including the landscaping of my front & back gardens. Darrell has a great eye for colour and style. If he can use existing items he will, as he does not believe in buying new pieces just for the sake of it. He has chosen paint colours, room decor and furniture, soft furnishings , updated bathrooms , all to my budget. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him.

I bought a new home and had the entire home styled and interior designed by Darrell from Daks Design. His professionalism, style, ideas and knowledge is unbelievable. His tremendous amount of endless creativity , ideas/layouts/ and colours have made our home truly reflect our personalities. He works within any budget that you present to him. For the last 3 years I procrastinated about how difficult ,too hard basket the thought of renovating my 23 year old kitchen and laundry however .....engaging Darrell Keets from Daks Design made the entire process from the initial consultation , designing and finished renovation seamless intact pain free and I only wished we had meet Darrell and started the process sooner . My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted however bringing in Darrell as our interior designer was the best thing .He worked with us , listening to "our "ideas , our likes and dislikes but working alongside us helping to create a practical yet aesthetically stunning design that we just love .. Darrell Keet is an incredible interior designer with a sharp eye for colour and detail. He is able to visualise combinations of products and fabrics in a way that I find unimaginable. He has directed 2 projects for 2 different houses of mine - and I am thrilled with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who requires his services.

I first met Darrell Keet two years ago. It was a very busy time. I was selling my home and the real estate agent involved asked me to stylize the house. No problem for Darrell. He did too good a job of styling because the purchaser bought the furniture and decorations with the house! As this was going on, I was trying to buy an apartment off plan. It was a great opportunity to create my perfect apartment. Not a problem for Darrell. We worked together on the ‘new apartment project.” I then needed to buy new furniture to suit my 2- year rental apartment while making sure the new furniture would be suitable for my new apartment. I have just moved. My apartment is perfect! And yes, Darrell is helping me to decorate it. It truly is my dream apartment - thanks to Darrell. Not only has it been enjoyable to work with Darrell, he understood ‘my style’ from the outset. I tend to like understated decoration. Darrell has made this understatement a statement of simplicity, adding interest with texture and colour. I have seen and admired Darrell’s work, when the client has preferred more cutting edge and bold statements. Perhaps Darrell is so successful because he genuinely cares and is attentive to the client’s taste. I will always be grateful to my friend who recommended Darrell of Daks Design!

Thanks to Darrell, we have a home that we absolutely love coming home to. Darrell has helped us select furniture, choose paint colours and pool tiles, design joinery, select curtains as well as art. He has put everything together so beautifully and he just seems to get us. Darrell has always listened to and understood our needs.
