We have had the pleasure of Jo's expertise on three separate occasions and each time we have been so incredibly happy with the result. Jo will look at the room or rooms, working out how the room would work best. She then talks through what style you are looking for and takes onboard all of your likes and dislikes. She then somehow miraculously comes up with the exact furniture and accessories that you saw in your head but have never been able to find! Jo's contacts mean that she can source furniture you can't find in store often at a wholesale cost. Each time we have worked with Jo we have more than paid for her consulting costs through savings on the furniture. You also don't waste money buying furniture and accessories that don't work. I would never furnish a house by myself again. She is so professional, so skilled at her work but also just lovely and fun to work with. Thank you Jo!

We knew our living areas needed complete renovation and re-decorating, but with no time and no idea about what to tackle first, we turned to Jo Carmichael, who was recommended by a friend. After an initial consult, Jo provided us with a beautiful and comprehensive ideas book that showed she had listened to what we wanted in our space, but also that she knew what changes would make the biggest difference (in our case - replacing our ugly old slate floor tiles with beautiful wooden flooring and creating new zones with lighting). Jo then organised all the individual contractors for the flooring, painting, blinds and lighting and met us at various shops to look at samples. She spent so much time helping with furniture decisions and was always quick to reply to my emails and texts. The end result is so beautiful and it makes such a difference to our lives to really love the space we spend most time in. I cannot recommend Jo highly enough. She has an amazing aesthetic sense and a very shrewd eye for simple and elegant design that really suited us. Thank you Jo!
