While you would expect Jeanette to be a qualified and experienced Interior Decorator (and she is) what you may not know is that she is also an Image Consultant and past chapter president of AICI (Association of Image Consultants International). Coco Chanel once said that “Fashion is Architecture – it’s all about proportions”. Decorator to the stars, Christopher Lowell, says that if you can dress yourself, you can decorate a room! It’s not rocket science, and Jeanette is happy to share ideas and expertise with anyone – be it a colour klutz or aspiring decorator. Getting the look right is a matter of pulling together style, colour, proportion, line, emphasis and repetition; while working with finishes, materials, fabrics, light and space – whew!
