My wife and I had been struggling to establish a clear design direction for our upcoming renovation. We had recently bought a 4 bedroom Queenslander with 'great bones' but the floorplan was a shocker. A friend recommended speaking with Morgan from Pearl Interiors as she "specialises in functional layout design". Morgan met with us personally and really took her time to understand our specific design and style preferences. She came back to us less than a week later and what she produced was phenomenal and truly unexpected. We now had two completely new floorplan layouts to choose from, including one (that we have ended up building), that relocated our kitchen from the front of the house to the back (previously a second sitting room), so that it overlooked our updated outdoor entertaining area. We would never have thought to do something like this, but it just works so well! She provided us with a design and style guide that incorporated some fixtures and finishes we had already purchased, as well as the furniture items we intended to keep from our previous home. This became our bible for any design or purchasing decisions we need to make for the rest of the reno. I honestly can't recommend Morgan or Pearl highly enough, you're on a winner with this team!
