Lisa's professional , creative and thorough approach to updating my apartment was seamless, under budget and stress free. As I was interstate, Lisa regularly provided updates. She understood my brief of balancing the Art Deco features with a modern twist, the outcome far greater than my expectations.The project went smoothly with no delays. Professional, on time and on budget. Great to work with: creative, accommodating, coaching, patient too. Surpassed all expectations! From the very start Lisa was incredibly generous with her time and went to great lengths to determine what I was after. She always listened and worked together to achieve the brief, and her suggestions and choices were amazing. Such an eye for knowing how it will all fit together in the end. The project was managed seamlessly, always keeping me informed. It really took all the stress out of the process - I couldn’t possibly have coped otherwise. The result is stunning and I couldn’t be more thrilled and thankful to Lisa for her expertise, guidance and amazing skill and vision. Honestly, don’t bother looking any further than Lisa!!

I engaged Shmik Interiors to assist with my kitchen renovation. I had intended to completely refurbish my kitchen but Lisa suggested that we retain some of the original, good quality solid timber cabinetry and refresh the look with new bench tops and some highlight areas of contrasting cabinets and new tiling. The result is that I now have a smart 'designer look' kitchen, rather than the generic one originally planned. The process was less disruptive and the results were very satisfying. I employed Shmik Interiors to furnish my beachside apartment in Melbourne. My two-bedroom apartment has great waterfront views but very tight, small rooms. Lisa came up with a furniture plan that utilised the space efficiently and turned my challenging space limitations into an apartment with a ‘beach resort’ style. I was thrilled with the results and was able to immediately let the apartment out after it had been languishing on the rental market. Lisa was easy to communicate with, very resourceful and delivered everything in a timely manner. I would happily recommend her services.
