My builder selected the Cabinet House company to design and install a kitchen for me in a new build. The company did not start on time and a couple of major problems occurred with the installation that were subsequently rectified . These issues delayed the completion of the project because they impacted on other trades who were waiting for the kitchen to be completed. The Cabinet House was to provide and install a kitchen bin under the sink. The product they supplied was costly ($168rrp), too large and would not fit under the sink of the cupboard that they designed, . When I contacted the Cabinet House to request a bin that would fit or alternatively that I could return the bin and get a refund, they refused because it was more than 30 days since it was supplied from the manufacturer and suggested I sell it! I am disgusted with their response. Based on my experience I recommend that this company should be avoided at all costs.

We have been clients over the last 6 months. We have had to work with Rodney from interstate. The communication was exceptional with the final finished work being everything and more than we ever imagined. The care and craftmanship in constructing our kitchen, bathroom cabinets and built in wardrobes was of very high standard. From my experience dealing with The Cabinet House I would fully recommend them for consideration if building, Brett and the staff were so generous with there time and helpful with ideas and suggestions, the workmanship is superior to any other kitchens I have done and there were no PROBLEMS during and after the installation.
