I’ve been working with New concept Design for over a year. Joe and his family go out of the way to make the whole renovation process easy and smooth. They produce quality work and high end products at a reasonable price. They are on time, professional and honest. I highly recommend them for any job large or small.

Unbelievable!!!! We had them remodel both our master and guest bathroom and they did the work on schedule with excellent attention to detail. They are a one stop shop with competitive pricing. Honestly after interviewing five contractors in the area I'm so glad we went with them and will have them do more work for us in the future.Thank you NCD

Truly amazing and helpful from beginning to end Karen in the office was so sweet and patient helped me so much. Joe and Phil were so awesome they came into my home to measure the area then I was scheduled with a presentation this is TRULY where the magic begins they had so many amazing ideas. When they arrived back to my home to start the remodel everyone was wearing mask and kept a safe distance which was so relieving. I LOVE MY BATHROOM!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

This company misrepresented themselves. Check their license and credentials. They falsified how long they have been in business and who holds their license. Do not give them a deposit. They failed to perform agreed upon terms,and continuously falsified and misled us on progress, flat out lied. They admitted they were at fault for their subcontractors lack of performance but refused to take responsibility. Numerous design errors and impossible to communicate with. We were told “they don’t have time to meet with us” once we had signed contract and given substantial deposit. Beware!!!!!

We had an appointment here and Phil was super helpful and professional! walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions promptly. He came onsite to take measurements and her team continued to coordinate with our contractor through installation. The end result is a kitchen that makes us happy every time we walk inside, cook, and entertain.

I used New Concept Designs for my large kitchen remodel project. This project took around 3 months. We had an idea of what we were looking to do, but with the help of New Concept Designs, we were able to realize the dream of our perfect kitchen space. From start to finish, we were kept in the loop about timeline changes, new ideas, and everyone was responsive to our questions and changes. We are so happy with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area looking to do a large or small remodel.
