Astra Walker

Absolutely appalling. We have been (and continue to endure) a 2 year nightmare with this company. After countless hours chasing them, they’ve sent the 3rd (or at least some components of it, because sending the whole order without missing pieces would be far to logical) terrible quality order. Over $20,000 worth of this rubbish, and it looks like it’s come from Temu. The arrogance and incompetence of this company is unfathomable. Help yourself, and avoid company at all costs. We feel as though we’ve been scammed.

I have had all Astra Walker fittings in my 3 bathrooms for 11 years and they still look up to date and in stunning condition. Even when our new apartment fittings were being specified in 2012, Astra Walker staff went out of their way to make custom-order items to our design specifications, such as shower shelves and towel rails. As a very particular graphic designer, I was very impressed with the unusually high level of service and the willingness to help customers achieve their design requirements. This week, we needed to replace a basin tap mixer cartridge. Our plumber for some unknown reason suggested that we replace the whole tap. I contacted AstraWalker after sales service, who immediately responded with the correct advice that only needed a spare part (as suspected) and offered to send me the part and a few spares at no cost, which was incredibly good service and way above expectations! The good service still continues consistently, many years later. Thank you so much!

Our construction team loves them also as the quality is so good and there is none of that Plastic Chrome that breaks so easily and when you see they offer 15yr warranty, you know it will last.
