Outstanding product & 10/10 customer service. When looking at our options Claytons weren't the cheapest but were reasonably priced. We selected Claytons based on our experience during the sales process but the after sales support and service provided is why we would highly recommend Claytons. incredibly responsive, went over and above to assist on any query and their installation team was excellent.

Claytons Alfresco installed a beautiful outdoor kitchen for me last year and it still looks magnificent. I get loads of compliments on it. The team worked really closely with me and offered advice about what would work best for me. I highly recommend them for outdoor kitchens.

GREAT OUTDOOR KITCHEN – EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I buy a product I always look at 3 things 1) build quality 2) bang for buck & 3) customer service. All three must stand up. Don’t even bother with another outdoor kitchen mob. After careful scrutiny & due diligence Clayton Alfresco was at the top of my list. Superior build quality to all other company’s (including weber outdoor kitchens) and far superior customer service. I dealt with Ben during the course of my build and installation. Ben kept me updated at each step of the process and was very easy going, upfront and responded to emails almost immediately. The installation team were some of the nicest tradies I’ve ever met and the place was spotless when they left. Very reasonably priced for the quality and finish, and who can argue against a Beef Eater BBQ – I choose the 5 burner stainless steel model. Wow, does it get hot. Steaks, Chicken, Lamb – roast veggies all come out so good. If you are after great customer service, a high quality outdoor kitchen & BBQ I cannot recommend Clayton’s Alfresco Outdoor Kitchens enough

I highly recommend this product and company- great quality product and excellent service. We installed a small kitchen on our roof terrace. I looked around elsewhere but nothing was of this quality and price point. Even when we encountered some problems Ben was super quick at resolving. Awesome company

Fantastic experience with the team at Claytons Alfresco led by Ben. He was very patient as we changed our minds multiple times but he was happy to have us at the display kitchen to ensure we were comfortable with our decision (on colors etc.).
