The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. “We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “The Best Company!!! I've done many different projects with Alex within last 15 years. He painted my house inside and outside, refinished the hardwood floors of the entire house, finished many plumbing, electrical and carpentry projects, remodeled my bathroom, installed Jacuzzi tub, installed de-icing cables on my roof, made vents from the kitchen and bathroom through the roof, moved ducts to another location, installed motion sensors in our bathroom, replaced garage door opener, etc. You name it - he did it. My Bathroom is the work of art! You can see the dolphin he designed for me and curved from black granite and white marble on his web site. He even made dolphin eye winking when I enter the bathroom by putting a little light in the dolphin eye. Within all those 15 years I never even tried to call anybody else. If I need to clean gutters, or to replace faucet or dishwasher; or to install micro-hood - Alex is there for me. He is a wonderful person and easy to talk to about anything. He knows a lot about construction and does all his work according to national specifications which are always in his truck and ready to be shown to customers at their request. He never does any shortcuts in his work and whatever he does it lasts forever. His business card is always on my fridge and if I have emergency I can call his number at any time. He is reliable contractor and the only contractor for me.”
