Carmen Hansberry Design completed design for interior kitchen, bathrooms and laundry for a house renovation where all wet areas were demolished completely and built anew in different locations in a new extension. Using the engineered plans as the basis for design layout Carmen handled this work herself and her knowledge of design, products and range of experienced quality builders made an onerous job a educative and pleasurable experience.

Carmen designed a wall unit to coordinate and blend with my existing kitchen and lounge interior design, as well as to serve as a functional unit for storage and display and TV area as a feature to this room. The design is both functional as well as extremely attractive unit enhancing the overall look and feel of my interior design for this key area of my home. The workmanship was of the highest quality which Carmen arranged with one of her selected suppliers, as well as efficiently arranged and executed, this was both timely and of high end quality in the product produced by the supplier. I met Carmen through a business associate and we worked together to design my ensuite. Carmen had some brilliant ideas and my bathroom is now fully operational and beautiful. She made great use of limited space and kept it functional yet very pretty too. Everyone who sees my bathroom comments on how wonderful it is. I utilised my own contractors during this project.

From 2011 to 2013 we planned and owner built 15 Ormsby Terrace in Mandurah. Carmen Hansberry was an integral part of the design to not only the kitchens and the wet areas but also parts of the floor plan for our 2 storey home. Carmen’s advice, professionalism and attention to detail has added value to our new home. Our galley style kitchen is clever, classic, functional and timeless. With a young family the layout and special features make working in the kitchen so much easier saving me time when preparing meals and there is heaps of storage so my work areas are never cluttered. Also being the social hub of the house our kitchen design invites others in to enjoy the space. We also asked Carmen to help design tricky spaces like the bathroom, ensuite, laundry and balcony kitchenette. Again we were shown cutting edge fixtures and fittings that we had never dreamed of. Carmen opened my eyes to the possibilities of clever design. I am not a designer but know what I want and I can honestly say Carmen will make your vision an even better reality.

Commented: WHAT FLOORING DID YOU USE HERE PLEASE. iT LOOKS GREATThese infact are 'wood look' tiles. They come in a range of different colours and you can find them now from most good tile boutiques. They are laid in planks like wood to give that authentic look :P
