Our association with Complete Kitchens began over 25 years ago when a small and pokey kitchen was transformed into a modern and airy room, with maximum bench space and storage, that is harmonious with the rest of our beautiful 90-year-old house. Design talent, respect for heritage features, care for detail, quality of materials and skilled (and delightful) workmen gave us a great kitchen filled with light. Some years ago, CK, completing our living space, also gave us a large built-in bookcase with a place for the TV, and, on my request, installed some new cupboard doors, matching the colour with the “old” doors. The most recent intervention by CK, and its always delightful workmen, in December 2020, is the transformation of a tiny laundry off the living room into a bijou utility room with sink, washing machine, and, as is their trademark, maximum bench space and storage. For more than 25 years I have been a satisfied client of CK and, with confidence, I strongly recommend Complete Kitchens to those who are looking for excellent design, quality materials and good workmanship.

The whole team were responsive during the whole project time. The quality and the service are first class. We are really happy with our new kitchen!

It was a pleasure to work with Alex and the team from CK kitchens on our new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedroom cabinetry and bench tops. We are delighted with the superb results that look stunning, work magnificently and are of extremely high quality – a fact testified to by our builder. Alex brought a high level of expertise to the design but was most willing to listen to our responses and understand our needs as they became clearer. We saw her many times over the period of a year. Our own way of working was to bring a lot to the design process, down to small details, and Alex was always willing to work patiently with us to accommodate these. I came to Complete Kitchens after a not-so-positive experience with a major kitchen provider and am thrilled I did so. Matt and the team were fantastic to work with- their quotes are accurate and transparent (including for trades), their communication is terrific and they went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was after. The trades people they use are professional, helpful and so lovely. Their advice was practical and really personalised and I am so happy with the results. Can't recommend highly enough.

So very happy with our new kitchen. Would like to thank Matt our designer for the time spent with us to design our new kitchen. We absolutely love everything. The huge island bench, the setup of the wall bench makes it so easy to prepare, cook, dispose of rubbish and clean all in one spot. Our breakfast bar inside our pantry is a real hit as well. The entire team at Complete Kitchens were so helpful and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Even though we hit restrictions due to covid 19 our kitchen was still delivered and installed on time and with ease.

We have just had our new kitchen completed and are so pleased with it. Well, I spent lots of time picking the right builder for my kitchen, laundry and TV unit. I am glad that I choose Complete Kitchens in the end. Matt the designer has provided great design and customer service. The owner is also friendly and responsive. Tradies they arranged are all very professional and on time. Overall, I am satisfied with my new kitchen, laundry and TV unit with a reasonable price and fantastic service.

Complete Kitchens and designer Matt Grieve did an excellent professional job on designing and building our new kitchen. The quality of the job was high, with benches all fittings- state of the art, functional and tailored to the client's taste, vision and needs. All trades were excellent and everything ran so smoothly and seamlessly which is so important when you loose an old kitchen to gain a new one. You could tell their was a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Lovely people from management through to installers. So easy to deal with at all stages of the design. Installation went without a hitch and all trades were on time or early.

We were replacing a 35 year-old kitchen so most of the existing walls and surfaces were out of shape, thus we needed to remove most of it and measure first. We liked the idea that Complete Kitchens didn't try and second guess anything. Their finished product was exacting and looked great. The design work done by Sharon was a mix of contemporary and practical. Clean lines and a simple colour contrast. A bonus CK delivered was a great team of installation tradesmen - carpenter/tiler, plumber and electrical contractor. We dealt direct with the installation team (who were excellent communicators) and were able to use them to provide other update services that inevitably needed to get done beyond the kitchen. Overall we had a really good experience with Complete Kitchens, we kept to the budget, finished within the time frame and had no surprises!

My husband and I are so impressed with our new kitchen from Complete Kitchens; it is a pleasure to work in and a delight to behold! From the marvellous, helpful and 'eye for detail' design stage with Matt Grieve to Lonnie's precise installation the whole process was unexpectedly painless. The company was extremely professional and friendly in all their procedures, the costs were on target (with no hidden fees) and any deadlines/meetings were on time. In fact, after the final inspection the few minor issues were quickly fixed without any delays. I thoroughly recommend this company and especially using Matt to design your dream kitchen.

I have found Complete Kitchens to be excellent to deal with They listened to our design needs and came up with a kitchen plan better than we could have thought of. Our CK kitchen is now 4 years old and is as good as it was the day it was installed. We have needed a maintenance call recently (not because of a fault, rather house moving and the pantry door was sticking) and the service person that came out (Troy) was excellent. Fixed the door and adjusted other doors in the kitchen whilst he was here......he was very friendly and clean up after himself which was also awesome. Would highly recommend CK and if ever in the need of another kitchen, we will be going straight back

I just had my kitchen upgraded by Complete Kitchens and it was a great experience from start to finish. All the staff I had contact with were professional, informative, skilled and courteous. The consultant listened to my ideas and offered very useful advice and guidance in return. The end result is a wonderful new kitchen with far greater functionality and useability. After visiting many other local kitchen design/renovation showrooms, we visited Complete Kitchens. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted and warmly welcomed by their designer, Matt Grieve. He then discussed with us our kitchen renovation ideas and converted our ideas into a kitchen design within our budget. After reviewing the kitchen design plans, we decided to have Complete Kitchens to do the kitchen renovation. The renovated kitchen exceeded our expectations. Matt is very professional and hospitable at all times during the renovation process. The quality of the custom built kitchen storage units is excellent and a credit to all persons involved in their manufacture. Because of our excellent experience with Complete Kitchens, several additional projects have been done. Complete Kitchens is highly recommended.

Fortunately I was over ruled in the decision for a DIY kitchen or a COMPLETE KITCHEN. When you consider all the effort and time required in the DIY option as compared to the added quality of a COMPLETE KITCHENS product there is simply NO comparison. Design and the all the follow up was attended to by COMPLETE KITCHENS and their kitchens are the best that I have either installed or had installed. Installation showed us their complete professionalism with every detail attended to and with absolutely no need for any call back. WELL DONE COMPLETE KITCHENS !!!

From the start Chris was professional, engaging and very helpful! He helped us design and choose what has turned out to be a magnificent kitchen to suit us - complete with higher the normal benches. I used CK's service for my Alfresco kitchen and had I come across them sooner would have also used them for my inside kitchen when we were building our house. Jennifer was my consultant and she was fantastic. I told her the type of kitchen I wanted and she did the rest. Her ideas were great and imaginative. If I changed my mind on certain parts she would come up with great alternatives. Jennifer and the Team at CK were very friendly and more importantly patient. I would highly recommend CK to anyone without hesitation.

Our renovation involve significant structural work to accomodate our new kitchen and laundry. The professionalism during the design phase as well as the coordination, care and attention to detail by the various professionals made the final product a source of great pride.

Exceeding Expectations The entire process from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. We had a dream kitchen in our heads for a while now so when we went to Complete Kitchens we knew exactly what we wanted, but what we received far exceeded our expectations and our dream. This was thanks to the amazing staff at Complete Kitchens.. Paul went above and beyond to ensure we stayed within our budget while still getting us everything we wanted. He was very patient with us and even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule and was totally amazing throughout the whole process he worked very hard to ensure everything was perfect. The craftsmanship of the cabinetry was first class, and the onsite team including the stonemasons used by complete kitchens were fantastic to deal with, they were so professional, friendly and they take great care in their trade. Complete Kitchen delivered everything they said they would when they said they would. Everyone that comes into our home now is so impressed with our new kitchen, and we have no hesitation referring Complete Kitchens to our family and friends and anyone reading this review.

The work was completed on time and the result was a stunning kitchen. Their customer service was wonderful and the installation was completed in one day. They came back readily when called on to make slight adjustments where necessary.

We have just had a kitchen built and installed by Complete Kitchens. It wasn't just a change to the cabinetry but a complete redesign with wall and ceiling changes. The experience was first class from beginning to end and we are 100% satisfied with the result. CKs staff are excellent to work with and are genuinely keen to have a perfect result. They take great pride in their work. Similarly the tradespeople used by CK (carpenter, plumber and electrician) were also excellent, very experienced and a pleasure to work with. We were also impressed that CK set a very reasonable timeframe for completion and met every deadline. We were referred to CK by a friend who had a similar experience early in 2015 and we will have no hesitation referring them to our friends and to anyone reading this review.

Sharon and the team at Complete Kitchens were fantastic from start to finish. Pricing was highly competitive, their design service was in-depth and really professional, they have an excellent range of finishes, and the installers were very respectful of our newly laid and polished floorboards and left not a single scratch. 6 months in, I continue to be thrilled with our new kitchen! I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Kitchens to anyone.

I worked closely with Chris from Complete Kitchens when I was carrying out an extensive two storey extension of my Californian bungalow. I used Complete Kitchens for the kitchen, butler's pantry, outdoor bbq kitchen, laundry and vanities in three bathrooms. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Chris was supportive of the ideas I had and my colour choices. Sometimes it's hard to know what a colour will look like with small colour samples but Chris was confident it would look good. In the kitchen, I had an idea for a pull-out draw that would hold tall condiment bottles, a separate section for the chopping board as well as a hidden spice drawer. Chris helped design this and made it happen. He was willing to create bespoke pieces and listen to my needs. Many companies refused to manufacture or provide a warranty for an outdoor bbq kitchen but Chris made this happen and it looks fantastic. The job was done on time and any changes incurring additional costs had to be signed off before proceeding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Kitchens for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
