We previously had a bathroom reno done last year and we thought all was good until the room started growing mould everywhere. When we couldn't get onto the original contractor, we got Charles of Master Renovators to come out and do a report on the damage. He told us that the waterproofing hadn't really been done, which is why there was so much mould growth. He also gave us a quote for fixing the damage and, essentially, redoing the renovation. We decided to take his team on and were very glad we did. The mould problem has been completely eliminated and this renovation looks ten times better than the last.
