An absolute disaster. We smelt a rat early in the peace, They subcontracted the work out without our knowledge, changed subbies mid way, the whole experience was the worst I had ever experienced in my many years of dealing with tradies. They were clueless. We ended up reaching a confidential settlement just to get them out of our house and lives. Our dream new kitchen was not a dream, it was a nightmare !!

The cost of the renovation was reasonable, the quality was good until the glass shower screen was installed into the ensuite shower, the trades person has damaged the tiling resulting in bogging up the wall and as a result water has made it into the walls damaging the paint and the flooring tiles.
