We can't thank Charbel enough for all his hard work he did on our house!! We were rookies and this was our first reno project. Charbel was excellent at taking us through the process and guiding us every step of the way. We love our new home and can't wait to do our next Reno with him again!

Charbel turned our bomb of a property into a designer level apartment. Upon quoting, Charbel provided great insights into floor plan adjustments, design options and finishes. His quote was detailed and the most affordable of the three we received. Throughout the renovation process, Charbel was meticulous with everything he did. He was fair with any additions and ensured we were always happy throughout the process. Charbel allowed us to relax as he took on all the stress and consulted us when needed. Simply put, Charbel is the best! You'd be a fool to start a renovation without at least talking to Charbel.

Charbel from Pink Box Design worked with us from start to finish in redesigning and renovating our kitchen and two bathrooms. He provided several layout ideas and gave excellent tips and suggestions for our first renovation. His high level of expertise and skill was obvious throughout the job, including making adaptations after demolition to account for anomalies in our building and subfloor. Charbel was particularly understanding and flexible when there were difficulties/delays with our flooring provider and COVID impacts. Any variations were discussed with us and clearly invoiced, with Charbel being very generous with his time. Charbel also provided access to other trades we had booked at the same time and project managed a number of others as part of our job (such as painters, electrician, plumber and skylight, air-con installation). A difficult situation with the Sydney COVID lockdown was also well negotiated by Charbel and we are so happy with the finished product - a tribute to his attention to detail and high work ethic. We would happily recommend Charbel at Pink Box Design to anyone wanting a high quality, stress-free project completed.

I like the way Charbel included ideas which were truly aesthetic and inspirational. Even more he has the ability to fit in and communicate respectfully with people based on their budget and needs. We ended up with an awesome bathroom. At each step of the way we had three levels of choices based on budget and no matter what, the workmanship and design is of the highest standard. No wonder people become addicted to just keeping on going to let Charbel continue with the rest of the house, the outside, their friends’ houses. Trust is a big issue with tradespeople and Charbel is utterly trustworthy.

Couldn’t recommend Charbel enough! I am thrilled with my bathroom and couldn’t have imagined it could look so glamorous for such a small space. He saw so much creative potential and gave us multiple options within our budget. Never pushy, nothing ever too much trouble and I can’t fault his work.
