We first met Rob as the landscape architect and designer for Listonia Landscaping. We had not been involved in any major construction work before so were very open to ideas. Rob's design was inspiring and captured our imagination. He also creatively incorporated the few wishes we had into his design. With only one minor tweak, we were ready to sign. Our new outdoor space has turned from one very ugly duckling into a very flexible, functional space of beauty. It receives comments of amazement from any new visitors, but more importantly, it as added enormously to our quality of family life here in sunny Brisbane. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob's services.

We first met Rob through Listonia Landscaping as their chosen Landscape Architect and Designer. Being our first major construction we were bit nervous however coming from a construction background myself he made us feel we were in safe hands and nothing was an issue. He surveyed the land himself and listened to all our ideas and options we had in mind. He revealed an amazing design to fit our budget with minor small tweaks. We are very proud and amazed how Rob made our yard that was very plain come to life and look luxurious with the work of the professional landscapers to showcase his design at its finest. Rob and the team did such an amazing job transforming our backyard!!! We worked with Rob and home developments to do a revamp of our backyard, which included a new patio area, swimming pool, deck, stairs down from the upstairs level of the house and a widened entrance from the downstairs level of the house. Rob and his team did the whole project from design through to build and the final result exceeded our expectations. The fact that the backyard had a heavy slope made this a tricky project that several other contractors had shyed away from. But Rob approached it with a ‘can do’ attitude that was refreshing and we got the feeling he enjoyed tackling the challenges that the site brought. On the design side Rob was very patient and went through a number of iterations to get to a result that met all our needs and was in line with our budget. He also brought a natural flair and eye for effectively mixing the hard and soft elements due to his background in landscape architecture - offering sound advice on everything from plants through to the pool design, choice of pavers and decking materials. The build side was project managed exceedingly well, there were no unexpected delays, and it really helped that Rob personally cared about the details and execution quality - we never felt like we had to keep a close eye on the team. Last minute changes were never a big deal. The other thing that was extremely helpful was that the team was able to do everything from the hard landscaping, to the swimming pool construction, modifications to the house, right through to the planting. We felt the pricing was very good value considering the high quality of execution and materials used. I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better landscape design and build team. Would certainly work with them again!!

We utilized Rob's services from concept all the way through to completion of our outdoor entertainment area and could not recommend him highly enough. From the outset, his ideas and guidance in helping us design our outdoor area were fantastic. His knowledge of plants was incredible and his architectural eye for detail ensured that we ended up realizing the vision we had for our outdoor entertaining area. During the execution phase, Rob and his team were a dream to deal with. No challenge was too great and everything was handled incredibly professionally. And post completion, Rob continued to monitor our environment and provided further advice on various aspects of the area as it evolved. I would highly recommend Rob for any form of landscaping work. We couldn't be more happy with the end result.

The whole process of landscape design was one where our preferences were implemented. The team involved in the planting were courteous, reliable and punctual. The outcome has been a source of delight and admiration by all who see it.

We engaged Rob from Home Developments to design and then construct a pool and pool house, and modify the existing home to interface with these new areas. Rob did a great job working with us on the design and his solution ensured that these new areas connected with the living areas of the existing house and delivered what we were looking for in a outdoor living area.
