I purchased a bright sky blue pendant light from Amonson in May 2020 and had it installed two weeks later. After about 6 months the colour had faded slightly, and now the light shade had faded to a a very pale pastel blue. After contacting the company, I have been told that "the issue may be caused by the hanging environment including ultraviolet rays, visible light or solar heat". The light is near a window facing south west without direct sunlight and it has faded evenly on all sides. It seems their lighting can only be hung in a room with no windows. They have been extremely uncaring about selling me this badly manufactured product and have not offered to replace. Please think twice before purchasing from them.

Their lights are actually quite nice, however their service was hopeless. We spent 7 weeks trying to get a replacement part for a faulty light. Kylie and Grace in the 'customer service' (ha!) team constantly promised that the part was coming, but it never did. I'm not sure if they are hopelessly incompetent or just didn't care - I suspect a bit of both. Eventually we reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria, which finally got their attention and some action.

Hi Sam, thank you for review. Firstly I would like to clear up that the light fitting itself was never faulty. Glass was broken, this glass is a speciality glass that is specific to this fitting and this fitting alone. We contacted our supplier and arranged replacements. This took time, the replacements had to come from oversea's. You are correct there was miscommunication within our office and dispatching of the goods once we received them took longer then expected. As for Consumer Affairs Victoria, that was never necessary Amonson Lighting stands by their products. This would have been resolved regardless. Please feel free to contact our office to discuss further. We are also happy that the fitting suited your needs.

Had a post sale issue that was a bit out of the ordinary and Kylie has been very helpful and flexible in sorting it out for me. The lights I ordered were lovely.

An item I purchased did not like the picture. It was cheaply made and very fake looking. Had to argue to get my money back and I didn't get refunded for postage. Would not recommend or buy from this company again.

Very competitive prices on pendant lights and smooth ordering process with fast shipping. My interior designer recommended some of the pendant lights to me. Amonson Lighting beat the price! Good quality product and great customer service. Thumbs up!

I bought three crystal chandeliers from them and they were absolutely stunning! I had a big one installed in the living room and two small ones in two bedrooms. Will surely recommend them to my friends.
