Macy's Mobile Self Storage

Macy's have been absolutely amazing and have truly taken the stress out of moving for us! When other providers were booked out, Macy's were able to book in a box delivery at the last minute, one day before we needed it. Then we noticed on the day that we needed a 2nd one, which was organised and delivered within minutes. We booked re-delivery at short notice, too, and both our boxed were delivered promptly. There were no issues whatsoever with the items we stored and blankets for protection were provided. We stored our items for 5 weeks, and were positively surprised that we weren't charged for a full 2nd month, but pro-rata for exactly how long we needed storage. Staff have been friendly and offered help at every turn. Highly recommended!
