We got Asnu to replace rotten barge boards and repaint the complete outside including gutters and touching up re-painted tiles with Deluxe Membrane. The quote done by Geoff came quickly and they were very competitive with no unreasonable "extra" costs. The two young carpenters Tuku and Munro were excellent with good humour and carpentry skills. The two painters Mark and Hassan were equally skilled and good natured. The job site was always safe and tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were all friendly and we were happy to leave them full access to the house when we were out. The fact that both sets of Trades were Asnu employees was great as there was no miscommunication between Trades and them having their own scaffolding certainly made the job go quicker as no waiting for external trades. If we need future work we will definitely use Asnu and have no hesitation in recommending their work. Col, Baulkham Hills

We chose ASNU for a third time because of the professional standard of their work, the very skilled and personable people they use and their excellent coordination to completion of projects. Again we were delighted with the outcomes and a highly professional job. This is a Group with integrity and professional standards. The project involved a number of jobs including main bedroom - repair of cracks around the room and ceiling; cleaning and preparing walls for painting. The same things were done for the entry, hallway and lounge rooms. This led to our adding a further project of painting of the stairwell to the upstairs which was about 6.5 metres at its height. We have used ASNU twice, painting, plastering, roof maintenance and construction of a new deck, and both times we were very pleased with the outcome. Their word can be accepted and they are reliable. The tradesmen were cooperative and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

AS-NU have done a number of jobs on our home over the years but this was the largest. The finished work is excellent thanks to Cliff Dopper stepping in and taking over when the original project manager was incapable of managing the project. Cliff's insistence on the highest quality work from the carpenters, painters, renderers etc. has resulted in a first class job. The tradesmen were always polite and helpful. Lack of planning in the early stages meant the work went well over time, but we would still continue to use this company for any further work, provided we were satisfied with the project manager.

We recently took on the renovation of a terrace house that was in poor condition. The staff at AsNu were very helpful in providing options about what could be done and were clear about how much things would cost and how long it would take. The work crews were unfailingly considerate and professional, and the work done in rebuilding a collapsed balcony and refitting windows to meet the needs of kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as in interior and exterior paintwork were uniformly outstanding. Throughout the complicated process AsNu staff kept me abreast of work progress and allowed me to coordinate efficiently with other trades people, such as carpet layers, so that the whole renovation work moved smoothly forward. I would recommend AsNu without reservation for both the quality of their work and their consideration of the customer. The work was done on time, well executed and with no mess left behind. We are settling down now in a beautifully renovated house, and for that a big thank you to AsNu.

There was much to be applauded in this project. The work was carried out professionally and on schedule. It was also well done with good quality control. The communication from the project officer was excellent. They were easy to talk to and discuss matters and always followed up. Only two issues of concern - there was a mess left which had to be rectified - and was! Also, make sure you fully read and understand the scope of works. Don't assume anything will be done if it is not quoted. This is not a criticism of ASNU, rather a warning for inexperienced consumers in building works I would DEFINITELY use them again.

Geoff and his tradesmen were all extremely professional. We only needed a small job done, but it required scaffolding. The whole process was easy, from getting the quote to a really efficient completion of the job within 4 days. The tradesmen were all extremely polite and very professional. They arrived early each morning, worked really efficiently and cleaned up each day. The quality of the work was great. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Geoff and the team kept me informed for the whole project. He reported a couple or issues we did not realise. Geoff took pictures and explained to me and fixed them without extra charge.
