We are extremely satisfied with our bathroom, laundry and toilet renovation done by ground up plumbing. Thanks to Jared's strong work ethic and attention to detail the jobs were completed to a high standard. We were very happy with his competitive quote and honesty. We found Jared to be punctual, friendly and hugely helpful with product knowledge and design ideas. Communication via texts and calls kept us informed with progress and unexpected complications which Jared dealt with calmly and efficiently. The renovations were finished in a great timeframe and our home was always left clean and tidy. Subsequent jobs we have used ground up plumbing for include installing a gas hot water system, a mains water filter and fixing a drainage issue. We built our house in 2001 & 19 years on my tap-ware was just starting to breakdown.
