Got a quote from these people to address a damp issue. Noticed in the front absolutely no guarantee to ther effectiveness of their treatment. What's the point?

Definitely an opposite to 5 stars. Incompetent bunch, multiple follows ups with no response from NSW branch, false reporting without testing leaving customer with the holes in the celling for weeks on end, leaking celling and zero courtesy to apologise for the terrible service. The project was never completed and caused a lot of stress.
