All Shutters and Blinds (Melbourne)

Anton provided poor advice to my needs. I have cats who have ruined my curtains so decided to get planter shutters. My front lounge gets the afternoon sun and is very hot. Was quoted for basswood in a frame. What turned up was poorly painted basswood that had been damaged, 3mm too short, big gaps around the shutters and no frame. I paid my deposit of $750. The installer did a great job to make good of a bad situation and said these have to be replaced. But he had already taken down my old blinds and curtains removing the rails. I ordered them 17/02/19 and were installed 09/05/19 and on that day I contacted Anton regarding the issues with my shutters. No further communication until 06/06/19 where Anton told me there was nothing wrong with them and why won’t I pay the balance. Simple they are not what I ordered and they look horrible. Since then I’ve tried to talk to management but to no avail. My emails and calls have been ignored. I’m forced now to file a case at VCAT after talking to Consumer Affairs where this company has breached consumer law. Plus they don’t have a shop front to see someone. The company is registered in NSW so be careful folks.

Very happy with the service provided by Anton who was our initial point of contact and provided valuable guidance and insights into the planning process. Likewise Ted and Dave were both very professional in fitting our shutters and ensuring the result was perfect in every way. Could not fault the friendly, patient and skilled manner in which the whole project was undertaken. Our shutters have transformed our home!

Hi, my experience with this Company was a positive one. Anton came out and measured our windows and explained how the process worked regarding timing, materials etc. The shutters arrived when expected however one of our panels was damaged. A replacement was ordered and we were pleased that we didn't have to fight for a new one. Anton came out and fitted the replacement himself and all went well.

Customer service is second to none, what a breath of fresh air to find a company as helpful as yours. The sales man who came to my home to measure for the plantation shutters was very professional, polite and very informative about the product. The price range was competitive, from ordering to installation of the shutters I was always informed what was happening with my shutters. On installation the man who fitted the shutters was very professional, he didn't leave a mess as he cleaned up before he left. I would used your company again and highly recommend to anyone who is requiring top notch quality shutters with the added bonus of team work among those who work for you. Nina and I recently completed a small renovation and when researching on the internet stumbled upon All Shutters and Blinds who we engaged to install plantation shutters in our bedrooms and living rooms. They were fantastic! Kind, efficient and their attention to detail second to none. If you are thinking of plantation shutters look no further. I have NEVER before experienced such bad service. After putting in my order I was told that It did not include my bedroom which is a feature room in my house and consequently had to change my order and delete my shutters for my back 2 bedrooms. I was also told that it would be 7 weeks which turned out to be 10. When they were installed the shutters in my study were different to the rest of my house and I asked to change them as it looked odd. That was on the 20th April. The next I heard from your company was 3 months later. I had had no calls or communication from you company at all(VERY POOR) When they eventually ran to say that they were going to fix the problem it took THREE times to get it right. Anton even had the nerve to txt me and ask that I have my credit card ready to pay the balance owing. I had recommended one of my clients to your company also. What a mistake I made. Kaye Langmaid

I knew nothing about blinds or shutters but Anton was absolutely fantastic, really helpful and prompt. He explained everything clearly and gave me time to consider. I got everything in writing as he said I would and no hidden costs, in fact I got a discount. Anton was very friendly, polite and professional at all times. I am absolutely thrilled with my shutters which have increased the value of my apartment and they are the first thing that anyone comments on when they come over as they are so beautiful. I will enjoy them for years to come and they are just gorgeous.

The shutters are amazing. They fitted fantastically & were exactly what we wanted. The salesman (Anton) was very professional & knowledgeable. They gave us a competitive quote & were installed within the timeframe advised. The roller blinds we had fitted didn't really meet our expectations. They were thinner & cheaper looking than the ones we already had installed. When they were fitted they didn't track properly & we needed to get the installer back to rectify. The installer was really good & not only tracked the new roller blinds correctly, but also took the time to re track our old roller blinds. All in all we would highly recommend the shutters, but would be apprehensive about purchasing roller blinds through this company.

The company was very professional, friendly and helpful with their service. I highly recommended this company and love the finished product with my shutters in my house. Great service, friendly and spent a lot of time making sure the shutters fit perfectly to my windows.
