I work in real estate & I have used Choice Building Inspectors for many years and recommend them to my buyers for the quality of the reports that they do, also communication is great, they always provide an in-depth report in which the buyers understand the difference between maintenance and structural issues. I have no problem recommending this company for their hard work and attention to detail.

Poor communication and poor job knowledge. Failed to pick up live termite in the property for a pre purchase inspection. Seems like inexperienced third party inspector sent on site. Costly. Thermal imaging is just a marking tool.
